#1 The juice you are consuming contains TOO MUCH sugar…
Fructose is fat forming…excessive amounts of anything are not healthy for us, everything is about balance.
The RIGHT juice is an 80-90% vegetable juice and the balance fruit (lemon, Green apple, spices)
Juice 4 Joy is a blend of 80% vegetables and 20% Tea’s, Spices, Fruit – we only use Lemon, and Granny smith apples – for example, we will have 2 Granny smith apple in 750ml of juice, approximately 1/3 apple per portion.
If your juice is too high in fruit you will spike your insulin levels, and mess with your system, fruit is to be consumed in a minimalist way, and when consumed best done so on a empty to stomach. Too much fruit sugars will stimulate an imbalance in the gut bacteria, as a consequence CANDIDA takes over…..Fruit has a place in our nutrition however we are not “fruitarians”.
Fresh raw vegetables as well as fruit is digested quickly in the system, when consumed on an empty stomach, it take different enzymes to digest raw fruit and veg than it does to digest complicated cooked foods, animal proteins etc…SO if you eat fruit and salads mixed with complicated cooked foods, it will sit long in the stomach and have an adverse effect on your health.
#2 You are not eating enough food…. Juice 4 Joy support “Juice & Food Programs” to achieve meaningful change in your health and shape. It is important to create change through balanced and sustainable means. When you precede each meal with a strategic “Juice 4 Joy” portion of juice on an empty stomach, and wait 15 minutes before eating, you WILL eat less – and absorb what matters.
#3 Your drinking juice on an “ALREADY full stomach”, as mentioned earlier, to drink juice with complicated or after cooked and complicated food, it will SIT ferment and spike all sorts of systems within.
#4 Your waiting too long to drink your juice: Drink your juice regularly and often, you can have 2 hr intervals between juices, be sure to regularly drink water too, drink your water “one whole glass” at a time every hour, again do this 15 minutes before or after you drink your juice or eat your food. To drink water with your food (juice is food) you are creating a mush of stuff that the stomach must now digest, this deprives your body of the energy elsewhere as it needs to focus on sorting what is in your stomach…draining!!!
