For those who are craving some “healthy carbs”, and there is certainly a place for these carbs.
This soup is packed with Great Crabs, Butternut, Hubbard Squash, Sweet Potato, and then is has some strategic health and helpful ingredients, that rounds it of to be a truly authentic heart and body warmer. We use Cinnamon and Green Tea in this soup. We also encourage you to thin it down with a parsley and coriander tea, as it is thick, so the 250ml can easily serve 2 small but adequate portions.
We ask that you do NOT boil your soup, simply warm it to taste, add your choice of protein if you want, or eat as is, with a delicious slice of Sough Dough bread.
