Winter is on it’s welcomed way out…

 

Winter over

 

How are you feeling?

Have you taken care through winter?

Did you consume loads of red wine, and high carb foods?

When You look in the mirror, what do you see, do you like what you see?

It is so often my experience that people neglect themselves more through winter…they become the “couch potato”, and tend to put on weight, their energy is low, and their enthusiasm for life is generally down…

When you take into account that we are currently, and for some time now, our country, of world has been in a dark place. This penetrates our consciousness and infects our energy on a very unconscious level, then if you are “focused on it” and invest a lot of your time reading, seeing and talking about it…you will be in an even lower vibration…and this is difficult to shake unless you decide to DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to shift your focus, and then your direction…

We become what we consume…on all levels. Visual, audible, physical, emotional, spiritual…

If you are living on “auto pilot” doing the same things everyday, unconsciously, you will be inclined to repeat behaviours, choices, and habits that will keep you feeding the “low vibration” which ultimately unhelpful to – Vibrant health, and avoiding injury and illness…

To find direction, become informed, it is always advised to invest in creating a space where you can be assisted, guided, and enjoy constructive and empowering dialogue, that will serve you to make new choices confidently.
